Alle onderdelen zijn laser gesneden uit populieren en berken multiplex. Vervolgens zijn de onderdelen op elkaar gelijmd en beschilderd met milieuvriendelijke verf. 

Elk product is uniek en kleur kan enigszins verschillen als gevolg van het schilderproces en de natuurlijke houtnerf variaties.
